What happens to my equipment when it leaves our facilities?
RECYCLENEX INDIA maintains a strict chain of custody when handling your EOL IT equipment. An UPCYCLE USA truck driven by an RECYCLENEX INDIA employee will pick up your retired equipment and transport it directly back to the nearest UPCYCLE USA facility. At that point a certified RECYCLENEX technician will begin the processing of your equipment, so that everything from pickup to disposition is performed by a vetted UPCYCLE USA employee. What condition does my equipment need to be in for RECYCLENEX INDIA to take it?

Does anyone other than an RECYCLENEX INDIA employee touch or handle my equipment?
As part of our commitment to all of our partners, we ensure that all equipment is handled entirely by RECYCLENEX employees. Starting with on-site pick-up by an UPCYCLE USA employee through trucking, transportation, and processing your EOL Equipment is handled entirely by UPCYCLE USA employees. All RECYCLENEX INDIA employees are regularly vetted and checked for quality assurance. Once equipment is prepared for reuse or de-manufacture and final recycling, UPCYCLE USA has relationships with top tier downstream vendors that are all R2 compliant.
What documentation do I receive after my equipment is removed?
Depending on which RECYCLENEX Program you have chosen, there are different types of reporting that we provide to specific customers based on specific their requests. However, as part of our SOP, every client will receive a BOL on site with a UNIQUE JOB ID #, a COD and a COR linked to that pick-up by that unique JOB ID #.
